We at Drina Balkan Food & Drinks cook and serve food from the Balkans. As a Balkan restaurant in Stockholm, we have been operating for 6 years and will soon be moving from Kista to larger and fresher premises. Our focus is on dishes from countries such as Serbia, Bosnia, Croatia, and Macedonia.....The food is as close to homemade as you can get and is prepared from scratch here with us. We make our own cevapi, prepare sarma, pasulj, podvarak, prebranac, punjene paprike, teleca corba and many other Balkan delicacies. Therefore, you need to have both experience and knowledge of Balkan cuisine and preferably have your own feel for local ingredients and spices.
