Production Leader & Machine Supervisor Baklavafabriken Sweden AB Baklavafabriken Sweden AB is a growing Swedish food producer with our own production and part of Krosh Group. We continue to develop and streamline our production and have invested in new packaging machines and production equipment. That's why we're now looking for a Production Leader & Machine Supervisor who wants to take operational responsibility for daily production together with our production team. About the Role This is a practical and operational role on the production floor. You will work in production and with our packaging machines yourself, while leading and organizing the daily work for a team of approximately 10 production workers. Your task is to create structure, pace and order and ensure that people and machines work efficiently together. You work closely with the company's production manager and have clear responsibility for daily floor operations. Your Main Responsibilities Start, adjust and operate our packaging machines. Ensure machines are used correctly and efficiently. Handle changeovers and basic troubleshooting during downtime. Ensure machines and workstations are kept clean and in good condition. Distribute today's work tasks among production workers. Assign the right staff to machines and workstations. Organize breaks so production continues efficiently. Follow the daily production plan and ensure planned volumes are produced. Monitor work pace, productivity and quality throughout the day. Ensure staff follow work routines, hygiene requirements and safety regulations. Introduce and guide employees in work methods and machine use. Report production results, downtime and issues to the production manager. Contribute ideas on how production can become faster, safer and more efficient. Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is practical, technically interested, structured and confident in leading others. You need to be able to work together with the team while being comfortable delegating work, following up on results and speaking up when routines aren't followed. You're someone who sees what needs to be done and takes action. When a machine stops, you try to understand the problem and solve it. When production loses pace, you investigate why. When work distribution isn't working, you reorganize the team. We'd like to see that you have experience with Production or industry. Packaging machines or other production equipment. Food production is a plus. Shift leadership or team leadership is a plus. Basic machine adjustments, changeovers and troubleshooting. Working with clear production targets. You don't need to be a trained mechanic or engineer. Practical experience, technical interest, leadership and the right attitude are more important to us. Important About the Position This is not an office job and not a pure management role. We're looking for a working production leader who is present on the production floor and works together with the team. At the same time, you have clear responsibility for creating structure and ensuring today's production is carried out according to plan. You report to the Production Manager.
