Bullar&Bröd Stenugnsbageri is seeking a trained baker to start this fall. You will be part of a team of bakers and your work will involve production of sourdough bread, frazzles, baguettes, buns, and laminated doughs. The schedule is 5 days a week and varies Monday-Sunday. Work shifts follow a rotating schedule and start between 04.00 and 09.00 depending on the day of the week/shift. Working hours are full-time, 8h/day. We are looking for a person who is EXPERIENCED and TRAINED in the trade, who can handle occasionally high-paced work and who can bake both bread and buns as well as laminated doughs. At Bullar&Bröd Stenugnsbageri we work with high quality ingredients and products; the person who applies should be genuinely interested in the craft and take personal responsibility for developing both yourself and our bakery. Craftsmanship, the ability to plan your work, and attention to detail in the finished product are things we consider essential. Great customer service and a fun work environment are also important to us, so you must be a pronounced TEAM PLAYER who can COLLABORATE with your colleagues and also pitch in where needed. At our bakery we work in a unique environment that is completely open between the bakery/pastry shop and the serving area; customers can see us at all times so it is essential that your passion for baking shows and spreads.
