We are seeking a structured and dedicated person for the role of back office specialist in ventilation. You will work with administrative tasks, customer contact, and contribute to ensuring our processes run smoothly in a growing and innovative company. The position is permanent and begins with a 6-month trial period. Start date by agreement. What will you do? As a back office specialist, you are responsible for handling incoming requests, coordinating projects, and supporting technicians and project managers. You will have a varied workday where you work both independently and in a team. Your work tasks will consist of: Administrative handling of customer and supplier matters Following up on quotes, orders, and deliveries Support to technicians and project managers in planning and implementing projects Ensuring documentation and system updates Customer contact via phone and email Other administrative tasks related to operations Who are you? We are looking for someone with the following qualifications: Experience with administrative work, preferably within technical or construction Good computer skills, especially with Office packages and business systems Service-oriented and communicative with the ability to collaborate Structured, thorough, and solution-oriented Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Able to read and interpret technical drawings What do we offer you?
