Experience with TIPPA and MEBA training and familiarity with risk assessment methods such as RAMP, KIM1-3, HARM, HAL, and QEC is advantageous. Ergonomists at Avonova work from an MTO perspective—human, technology, and organization—and how these factors interact when risks arise in our clients' work environments.
We are looking for someone who takes initiative and responsibility for structuring and driving your work forward. You see the bigger picture and consider the broader perspective in your actions. You are thorough, collaborate easily, and are fully aware of goals and quality standards.
We consider it an advantage if you have worked in occupational health or similar activities and have experience with risk assessments, assessment and advice regarding work-related issues, and rehabilitation coordination. You are unpretentious and enjoy sharing your knowledge as well as showing curiosity to learn from others. Experience in delivering lectures and training is an asset.
