At our workplace, we view diversity as enriching. We offer a pleasant workplace with supportive colleagues nearby. You will have opportunities to influence decisions and a high level of involvement in the development of our operations. We also offer an individually tailored introduction program and close leadership. Welcome to join us!
Your Work Tasks
This is an exciting combination role where you divide your time between two important functions: as a fee handler and as a social assistant.
First, you will work as a fee handler. Citizens of Gotland who receive support and assistance, such as home care, need to pay a fee. The fee is income-tested and adjusted according to the person's financial situation. The role of fee handler involves, among other things, calculating these fees in accordance with current regulations based on the Social Services Act. As a fee handler, you should be available and provide good service to the individual or their representative by, for example, providing information and guidance regarding fees.
Second, you will step into the role of social assistant. Here you become an important support for the division's operational activities. This may include case administration, answering calls on the division's phone, or assisting colleagues with documentation. You become an important link that ensures the administrative flow around case handling runs smoothly.
Who Are You?
We are seeking someone with relevant upper secondary education. It is an advantage if you have education with a focus on administration or finance. You have good ability to express yourself in spoken and written Swedish and hold a class B driver's license.
You are motivated by variety and enjoy switching between different types of tasks during the week. You work in a structured manner with good ability to plan, prioritize, and follow up on your work. You act in a stable and professional manner in your role and have a service-oriented, respectful, and professional approach.
