Our operations are growing, and we are therefore seeking additional department lawyers for the Division for National Dental Care, International Care and Labor Market Support, who can think strategically and creatively. The Legal Support Business Area is responsible for the division's review activities, litigation in court, and case-handling legal support. Together, this business area should be a driving force and engine in the legal quality work of the division. The Process and Legal Unit is part of the NA Legal Support business area and consists of ten lawyers and five legal process specialists, all based at the office in Malmö. The unit provides legal support to the division's employees located at multiple locations throughout the country. Legal Support, Development and Collaboration Work as a lawyer within an insurance division involves particular responsibility for correct and uniform application of social insurance and other applicable legislation. As operations grow and develop, you will be an important part of ensuring high quality and legal certainty in our work. Based on legal governance, you are responsible for monitoring legal developments within the insurance area where you work. By providing close legal support on administrative law matters to the insurance area's employees and development activities, you contribute to good legal quality. You support managers and employees on legal matters and share your knowledge. You contribute to good collaboration both within the division and with other divisions, including the agency's legal department. The position involves handling classified information, which places high demands on proper handling. Therefore, it is important that you have high security awareness. In addition to being part of the legal support to the division, you may also be involved in litigation, in which case you would represent Försäkringskassan in social insurance cases in administrative courts and courts of appeal. We are looking for you who have a law degree have several years of experience in legal work at a government agency or court act on your own initiative, work independently and take responsibility for achieving good results have a systematic and thorough working approach can understand and analyze complex issues have good communication skills, both verbal and written collaborate effectively with others to achieve common goals. It is a merit if you have good knowledge of Swedish administrative law and social insurance law have good knowledge of Swedish public access to information and confidentiality, other government agency law including data protection matters have knowledge of current international EU legislation have knowledge of the division's current insurance area.
