As Department Manager at Hultafors, you'll have a key role in creating safe, efficient, and sustainable operations – with responsibility for both production equipment and facilities. You'll lead a skilled team close to operations and combine technical matters, daily priorities, and long-term development. Your responsibilities include: Responsibility for maintenance of production equipment and technical facilities management. Lead, plan, and follow up work in an experienced maintenance team of approximately 6 employees. Drive structure, priorities, and improvements that strengthen operational reliability and availability. Work closely with production and other functions to solve problems and develop working methods. You'll be part of shaping how maintenance work is organized and developed in an operation that continues to grow and change. Who Are You? To succeed in this role, you have several years of experience in maintenance within manufacturing industry. You have good understanding of production equipment, machinery function, and how maintenance work affects operational reliability and technical availability. You're experienced in leading others. This could be through personnel responsibility in a management role or through clear team leader or supervisor responsibility where you've prioritized, delegated, and followed up on work. Experience with planned and systematic maintenance and ability to move between operational and administrative tasks is important. The role requires you to communicate in Swedish and English and have a valid driver's license (category B). It's an advantage if you have experience with technical facilities management or facilities maintenance, work in maintenance systems, and academic education in the field. Is This Your Perfect Match?
