We are now seeking a department manager for Digital Product Development
Would you like to lead digital product development that makes a difference in people's everyday lives? As department manager for digital product development, you will become part of the Digitalization Division, which is currently on an exciting transformation journey. This is a new role that gives you significant scope to influence how we work moving forward.

You thrive with close collaboration and shared responsibility, beyond your own department. Together with your employees and other parts of the organization, you ensure that our digital products are developed based on user needs, business objectives, and technical capabilities. You work closely with the unit manager and the managers of our two sister departments to create a common direction and ensure that competencies, products, and technical capabilities align across departmental boundaries.
Here's what you'll be doing
Lead and develop the department's employees, teams, and ways of working.
Ensure product-oriented development with a focus on customer and business value.
Take responsibility for prioritization and implementation within the department's area.
Promote agile and cross-functional ways of working.

Work with the unit manager and sister department managers on shared priorities and ways of working.
Are you the person we're looking for?

You are a coaching leader who creates engagement, participation, and space for learning. You are confident in prioritizing and making decisions and ensure that ideas are also implemented. At the same time, you collaborate easily with different competencies and other parts of the organization. You see the big picture, are unpretentious in collaboration, and understand the value of achieving results together with others.
Since the role is part of a new and evolving organization, you need to be comfortable developing both the business and yourself along the way. You thrive in an environment where we together shape our ways of working and our future direction.
