About You
We are looking for someone with several years of experience working as a manager in healthcare-related operations. It is a plus if you have healthcare training.
You have good communication skills and convey information in a clear and straightforward manner, both verbally and in writing. You have good self-awareness and can learn from experiences and feedback from those around you, and you see the benefits of getting help from others when needed. You demonstrate good adaptability and can quickly adjust if the situation requires it. You are a good problem solver and quickly absorb new knowledge and apply it in a flexible way.
It is an advantage if you have previously worked in the business system Heroma.
