This position is for an existing stationary location in Eskilstuna. As our client grows, we need to bring on new skilled employees.
We work closely with our client who has high standards for our service delivery and execution. This is an exciting and challenging assignment. You will work with the client, visitors, and contractors in daily operations where focus on service and physical security are top priority.
Some knowledge of and interest in technology and good Swedish and English in speech and writing are required as the client is English-speaking.

Our requirements for this position
To be eligible for this position, you must have turned 18 by the employment date. This requirement is based on the Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2, chapter 8 and appendix 2, which restricts minors' ability to perform tasks in surveillance and security-related activities. You must also have no criminal record*, be drug-free, and hold a high school diploma. Beyond that, you must have good Swedish and English in speech and writing. To work at Avarn, you must be in good health and physical condition with organized finances. You must also hold a valid B-class driver's license.
Desirable qualifications:
Security guard training (VU1 + VU2), protective security training, or other training from the security industry. Also, interest in technology and technical proficiency.
If you have the right profile for Avarn and you advance in the process but don't already have the required training (VU1, VU2), we'll cover your training! Security guard training (VU1, 9 days) is conducted at BYA, the Security Industry's Occupational and Work Environment Board. Participation in this training is a requirement for employment.

* To be employed at Avarn Security AB, you must be approved by the County Administrative Board for employment at an authorized security company, in accordance with the Act (1974:191) on Security Companies. The application to the County Administrative Board is handled by Avarn Security. To investigate and assess whether you meet the requirements under the respective legislation, a background check is conducted.
