A security guard's task is to monitor protected facilities and protect against sabotage, espionage, terrorist crimes, and serious robbery. A security guard has special authority to inspect vehicles, conduct body searches, seize items, and refuse or detain persons at a protected facility. More information will be provided at the interview. Qualifications: We are looking for someone with personal maturity who feels confident in the role of a security guard. Personal qualities are what determine the best fit. You should possess a high level of security awareness and social competence. We place great emphasis on your ability to work as part of a team, but we also expect you to independently identify and solve problems. To work at certain facilities, a security clearance, enhanced background check, and security interview will be conducted. Requirements: In addition to the personal qualities we seek and describe in the various assignments, you need to meet basic requirements to be qualified for the position: Upper secondary school education (minimum grade in Swedish 1) Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Driver's license category B. Civil security guard training (or military security guard training**, completed from 2016 or later). If you wish to work with us but lack security guard training, you will have the opportunity to take a 9-day security guard course. This training is provided by our training organization BYA and runs Monday through Friday with a requirement for 100% attendance. We cover the course fee; your investment is your time. You need to have the ability to work on weekdays.
