Work hours: 06:00-18:00 Work location: Växjö Duration: Full-time, permanent position with 6-month probation Start date: By agreement Salary: Salary group D according to collective agreement We are looking for a committed and organized team leader for our day operations. In this role, you are responsible for daily operations with a focus on personnel management, administration, staffing, customer contact, and operational work in the business. You work closely with employees through ongoing follow-ups, coaching, and support in daily work. An important part of the role is handling vacancy solutions, planning resources, and ensuring that operations are staffed according to customer and business needs. You have regular customer contact, follow up on deliveries, and ensure that routines, processes, and quality requirements are met. The role also includes administrative work such as documentation, reporting, and monitoring of operational results. As part of the position, you will also perform alarm responses and supervision assignments, where you contribute to creating security and maintaining a high service level for our customers. To succeed in this role, you are communicative, solution-oriented, and have experience with leadership or coordinating tasks. You enjoy taking responsibility, creating structure, and contributing to both employee and business development. Qualifications Beyond the personal qualities we are looking for, you need to meet basic requirements to be qualified for the position: Upper secondary school education good Swedish in speech and writing Driver's license category B You also need to be without a criminal record*, drug-free, have good financial standing, and good health and physical fitness to be employed at Avarn Security. Meritorious qualifications include experience working in the security industry, certain technical knowledge, additional language skills beyond Swedish and English, and previous experience working in public environments.
