The work involves preventing and managing situations that may threaten security, as well as intervening in disturbances in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for controlling access, monitoring areas, and ensuring that visitors comply with established rules and regulations. The role also includes handling conflicts in a professional manner, documenting incidents, and when necessary, collaborating with police and other authorities. The work places high demands on judgment, responsibility, and the ability to act calmly and effectively even in pressured situations.

Qualifications
We are looking for trained security guards who are security-conscious, service-oriented, empathetic, and have inner confidence and a natural drive to help. You must be a trained security guard with a valid security guard authorization.
In addition to the personal qualities we seek and describe in the various assignments, you need to meet basic requirements to be qualified for the position:
High school education
Good Swedish in speech and writing
Driver's license category B
Completed security guard training within the past three years with a passing grade
You must also be without criminal record*, drug-free, have a stable financial situation, and be in good health and physical condition to be employed at Avarn Security.
