Learn more at: www.danieli.com and www.sundbirsta.com Service/Supervision: The Service/Supervision department is responsible for installation, commissioning, service and technical support for the company's machinery and systems, both internally and at customer sites worldwide. The work includes testing, verification, troubleshooting and quality assurance of software and hardware to ensure high operational reliability, functionality and performance. Within the scope of each individual assignment/work task, the Supervisor needs to be able to take responsibility for their task, work relatively independently and take initiative to contact partners within and outside the organization to solve the current task. Between assignments, the Supervisor works at the headquarters in Sundsvall. Main work tasks include, among others: - Start-up and commissioning of machinery at customer sites - Perform service and train operators - Assist with assembly, trial runs and shop testing - Report back and provide technical support internally We believe that you, in addition to a genuine interest in technology, also have: - Upper secondary education, preferably with a focus on technology/automation - Good knowledge of Swedish and English languages, spoken and written - Good computer skills - Driver's license, category B It is also advantageous if you have: - Post-secondary education, such as vocational training with a focus on automation - Job-specific computer skills; Siemens or Allen Bradley experience desired - Experience with customer relations We offer: Opportunities for development include working with broad and exciting technology that provides a varied workday and continuous skills development.
