Aura Light is now seeking an Accounting Manager for our office in Vimmerby. We're looking for someone who enjoys taking responsibility, has strong drive in your work, and wants to help develop efficient economic processes in an organization with high ambitions. The role reports to the CFO who is located in Solna. About the Role As Accounting Manager, you have overall responsibility for ongoing accounting and the closing process. You ensure that accounting maintains high quality and that reporting is done correctly and on time. The role also includes quality assurance of accounting and reporting in subsidiaries where the finance function is handled by external partners. You contribute with your expertise and experience to further develop accounting work and create efficient processes within the group. This is a specialist role with significant independent responsibility. The role does not involve personnel management but carries clear ownership of the accounting process and close collaboration with both the CFO and the rest of the organization. Responsibilities In the role, you are responsible for, among other things: • Monthly, quarterly, and annual closings • Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts • VAT, tax, and Intrastat reporting • Liquidity forecasts and cash flow monitoring • Payments and bank transactions • Provisions and accruals • Work with annual reports and company tax returns • Financial monitoring and analysis • Quality assurance of accounting and reporting in subsidiaries • Improvement and development of financial processes and procedures Who Are You? We believe you have several years of experience in qualified accounting work and feel confident throughout the closing process. You appreciate working independently while also seeing the value in close collaboration with colleagues and other functions. We would like to see that you have: • Post-secondary education in finance or equivalent experience • Experience with independent closing work • Strong knowledge of accounting and financial flows • Experience with business systems • Strong Excel skills • Strong knowledge of Swedish and English Experience from manufacturing, warehouse-intensive operations, or Monitor is a plus.
