We are now seeking an Authorized Electrical Installer (AL) who wants to take a central role in our operations and contribute to safe, secure, and efficient management of our properties.
This is a unique opportunity to help build and develop the role from the ground up. You will have significant influence over working methods, routines, and processes within electrical installation while working closely with operations and property management.

Your Responsibilities
Manage the company's electrical installation activities in accordance with applicable legislation and the Electrical Safety Authority's requirements.
Establish, implement, and further develop the company's self-inspection program.
Perform, document, and follow up on self-inspections.
Ensure that electrical work is carried out correctly and in accordance with applicable regulations.
Installation, service, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical installations.
Work with heat pumps, ventilation, cooling, and other technical systems.
Daily operation and maintenance of our properties.
Handling urgent fault reports and technical operational disruptions.
Handling fire and evacuation alarms.
Coordination with contractors, suppliers, and internal functions.
Serve as the company's support in electrical safety, technology, and regulatory compliance.
Contribute to a safe and pleasant living environment for our guests and customers.
We Are Looking For You
Have valid AL Authorization.
Have at least four years of documented experience in electrical installation work.
Have experience establishing and managing self-inspection programs.
Have good knowledge of the Electrical Safety Authority's regulations and requirements.
Are responsible, organized, and solution-oriented.
Are comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a team.
Have good knowledge of Swedish and English.
Have a B-class driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with heat pumps, ventilation, and cooling systems.
Experience with building automation and control systems.
F-gas certification or experience working with refrigerants.
Experience from property management or construction activities.

Employment Terms
Permanent full-time position with probation period.
Start date by agreement.
Work location: Kvillepiren 12, Gothenburg.
Salary by individual agreement and in accordance with collective agreement.
