Your Role As one of our IT support technicians, you play a crucial role in delivering the absolute best support to our customers. You become our face to the outside world, where you get to represent Atea and showcase your technical knowledge. You will be part of a team with experienced colleagues who give you full support and help you grow and develop. Who Are You? To succeed in this role, you need: - Basic knowledge of IT and a great curiosity to learn more - Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and products included in Office 365 - Good pedagogical and communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Swedish and English in both speech and writing - Class B driver's license and access to a car It's an advantage if you have: - Experience working in IT support - Experience supporting users onsite Even though knowledge and previous experience in similar roles are advantageous, we place great importance on you as a person.
