QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who enjoys meeting people, likes to collaborate, and enjoys contributing to a good atmosphere in the team. You have good self-awareness and sound judgment. You are someone who sees what needs to be done and takes responsibility for moving work forward, while also having the ability to adapt when circumstances change. We would also like to see that you have the ability to communicate messages clearly and engagingly, tailored to your audience.
To complete AT with us, you must have
• a Swedish medical degree or alternatively a decision and authorization from the National Board of Health and Welfare to complete AT
• good knowledge of Swedish at least at C1 level.
It is meritorious if you have experience in
• working in Region Gävleborg and especially in Hudiksvall/Hälsingland
• work as a junior physician and/or physician assistant
• other clinical work within healthcare
• research beyond the scientific work included in medical education
• the role of a leader
• work as an amanuensis or equivalent.
Beyond this, we would appreciate if you have an interest in longer-term collaboration and a willingness to contribute to the development of the organization.

Duration: 6 months or longer, start date: 6 AT positions starting 2027-02-15.
6 AT positions starting 2027-05-17.
