In Region Gävleborg, there are three hospitals. Hudiksvall and Gävle are our two acute care hospitals, while Bollnäs has an acute medical assignment for southern Hälsingland. You have good self-awareness and sound judgment. You are someone who sees what needs to be done and takes responsibility for driving work forward, while also having the ability to adapt when circumstances change. We would also appreciate if you have the ability to communicate messages clearly and engagingly, adapted to the recipient. To complete AT with us, you must have • a Swedish medical degree or alternatively a decision and permit from the National Board of Health and Welfare (Socialstyrelsen) to complete AT • good knowledge of Swedish at least at C1 level. It is meritorious if you have experience in • working in Region Gävleborg • work as a junior physician and/or physician assistant • other clinical work in healthcare • research beyond the scientific work included in medical education • a leadership role • work as an amanuensis or equivalent • connection to the region (e.g., through studies, work, or other ties to the area) may be considered as one of several factors in the selection process. Beyond this, we would appreciate if you have an interest in longer-term collaboration and a willingness to contribute to developing the operations. Employment type: Fixed-term employment. Duration: 6 months or longer, start date: 5 positions starting February 15, 2027 through August 27, 2028. 5 positions starting May 10, 2027 through November 26, 2028.
