You are a licensed nurse with post-graduate education in Asthma/COPD of at least 15 college credits. Previous experience working as an Asthma/COPD nurse and within primary care is a merit. You are a calm and confident person who maintains composure and focus regardless of the situation. You have a flexible and curious approach and good collaboration skills. We place great importance on personal suitability. You will work closely with your colleagues on the unit and interdisciplinarily within the team. Together with the health center management, you are responsible for developing and driving the operation forward. This position is a 20% full-time equivalent. We are looking for someone who takes initiative in their work and is confident in making independent decisions. You are thorough, have good problem-solving skills, and can effectively prioritize your tasks. Your responsibilities at the health center span a broad range of work and include general medicine where you meet patients of all ages and in various situations. You work in a health-promoting, advisory, and treatment capacity in primary care, both via phone, in person at the clinic, and digitally. The work is largely independent, which means being able to make your own assessments and decisions. On our unit, we work daily with shared assessment where you as a nurse, together with the doctor and other professionals, evaluate patients. In this work you will meet many patients, so it is important that you are approachable, attentive, and have a desire to help others. We also believe you enjoy teamwork and for you it is a given to collaborate with colleagues and other contacts. You communicate well both verbally and in writing, and are an engaged and good listener in both digital meetings and visits at the clinic. We would like to see that you have an interest in digitalization and operational development. Mobilia Vårdcentral is a well-established clinic with stable staffing.
