Omtanken Assistans provides personal assistance for individuals with disabilities who have been granted assistance under LSS or SFB. We strive to be an organization where everyone thrives—customers, relatives, and staff alike. To achieve this, we focus on quality over quantity. We want everyone at Omtanken to feel a sense of community, which is why we ensure close collaboration at all levels. I am a happy 24-year-old woman living in my own apartment. I'm looking for assistants—men or women—who can work as hourly substitutes with the possibility of regular scheduled shifts. I currently have 6 wonderful regular assistants but need more on my team. I have assistants available 24/7 who are awake, and two assistants when I'm not at work at DV. The person I'm looking for should enjoy doing fun activities and be a calm and cheerful person, as I also enjoy sitting and watching TV, playing games, etc. If you have experience in the profession, epilepsy care, and tube feeding, that's a plus. It's important that you speak and write Swedish fluently. Looking forward to meeting you.
