Saga Omsorg offers personal assistance in accordance with the law on support and services. We work to ensure, in collaboration with the personal assistant, that the client's self-determination, good living conditions, and opportunity for freedom in daily life are safeguarded. We have collective agreements and a license to provide assistance from the Swedish Health and Social Care Inspectorate. The client is an adult man who lives alone in central Uppsala. His functional disability means he needs help with transfers and all aspects of housekeeping. He gets around by wheelchair/Permobil. He is very interested in sports and music and enjoys traveling. He likes spending time with his children/grandchildren. We particularly welcome female applicants with a driver's license and some experience working with people. Good Swedish in both speech and writing, as documentation is part of the job. Working hours are typically between 08:00–16:00, 16:00–00:00 every day of the week, and we need both hourly temporary staff and permanent scheduled positions. Travel may occur as part of the work. Interviews are ongoing; introduction takes place on 2 occasions (more if needed). Criminal record check is required.
