We are now looking for a personal assistant for a customer who lives in Mjölby. About the job as a personal assistant As a personal assistant, you work closely with a person with a disability in their daily life. You assist and support the person both in everyday life and during leisure time. Your workplace is where the customer is located, and your overall responsibilities involve assisting the customer so they have the conditions to live the life they desire. Work tasks Your work tasks depend on the customer's needs and lifestyle. They can involve everything from personal hygiene, housework, cooking, and daily long walks. We are looking for you who: We are looking for someone who is responsible, attentive, and able to quickly learn new tasks. At Särnmark, you will always receive an introduction with the customer and have access to training in the role of personal assistant. About the position The employment is temporary for as long as the assistance assignment lasts, and the pay form is hourly wage. Working hours vary according to the customer's needs: day, evening, weekdays, and weekends.
