As a reinforcement to our team in Jönköping, we are now looking for an:
Assistant Store Manager
Main areas of responsibility
Management of the store in the store manager's absence according to New Yorker's concept
Co-responsibility for sales, turnover, and inventory
Responsibility for the daily operations of the store
Monitoring of key business metrics
Leading and motivating the team
Training and continuous development of employees
Sales administration
All tasks occurring in the store
Collaboration with other departments in a team-oriented New Yorker environment
Your profile
High school diploma and preferably higher education in management, economics, and/or retail and fashion
At least 2 years of experience in retail and talent for sales
Experience in sales administration and preferably personnel administration, personnel management, and business acumen
Leadership abilities and ability to coach your employees
Communicative, clear, and receptive
Driven, self-motivated, and organized
Engaged and team-oriented
Flexible, stress-resistant, and comfortable working at a fast pace
High fashion awareness and preferably experience from the fashion industry
Good knowledge of Swedish and English; knowledge of German and strong Excel skills are meriting
