District Court in Žďár nad Sázavou announces a recruitment process for filling a position of Judge's Assistant Requirements for performing the function of Judge's Assistant: - Completion of higher education obtained through regular completion of studies in a Master's degree program in the field of law at a university in the Czech Republic (Law and Legal Science study program) * in case students of the Master's degree program in the field of law at a university in the Czech Republic have not yet regularly completed their studies by the application deadline date, they shall submit confirmation of studies in the 5th year (or another equivalent document) from the study department of the respective faculty; subsequently, the applicant must provide the court with a certified copy of the Master's degree diploma no later than the time of potential employment with the district court, - Full legal capacity, Czech citizenship, criminal and moral integrity, - Appropriate conduct, flexibility and ability to work with high commitment - Ability to work independently and as part of a team and to work under pressure or time constraints - Smooth cooperation within the team - High level of written communication and communication skills - Ability to make independent decisions and propose legal solutions and accept the judge's final word - Practical knowledge of computer work. Job responsibilities: - participates in the court's decision-making activities to the extent of Act No. 121/2008 Coll., on Senior Court Officials and Senior Officials of the State Prosecutor's Office as amended - performs individual actions of court proceedings on the authorization of the judge or work schedule including preparation of draft decisions With the application for participation in the recruitment process, the applicant shall submit: - A structured professional CV, motivation letter - A certified copy of the diploma of the highest education obtained - A criminal record extract no older than two months Method of submitting the application: Mark on the envelope "Do Not Open - Recruitment Process - Judge's Assistant" What we can offer: - Employment contract for a definite period until 31. 03. 2028 with a four-month probationary period with the possibility of extending the employment contract - 200 hours of vacation, 4 days of sick leave (indisposition leave), - Free participation in trainings and seminars organized by the Judicial Academy in Kroměříž - Flexible working hours - Meal allowance Information about the recruitment process: Within the specified deadline, you must submit the application with all required documents in person to the court reception, by mail to the court address, electronically (with a valid electronic signature), or via data box ID DS 7a4abf8.
