Job Responsibilities: Interesting and varied full-time work, including • routine administrative tasks (office equipment operation, correspondence, office supplies inventory and ordering) • management of company machinery and equipment (procurement processes for new equipment, organizing servicing, inspections and calibrations, record-keeping, preparing regular reports for management) • management of construction containers (repairs, maintenance, ensuring regular physical inventories) • management of personal protective equipment and employee supplies (inventory, maintaining approved supplies stock, distribution to employees, record-keeping, inventories) • HR functions (organizing employee training, maintaining records of issued certificates and credentials, preparing onboarding materials and induction for new hires) • reception support and office space management Requirements: • High school diploma with final exam (maturita) • experience in a similar position is an advantage, not a requirement (suitable for recent graduates) • good knowledge of PC work in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) • driver's license category B - active driving • knowledge of German or English is an advantage • proactive approach, willingness to learn new things • independence, reliability, organizational skills and attention to detail • friendliness, pleasant demeanor and communication skills We Offer: • interesting and diverse work in a pleasant environment and dynamic team • motivating compensation • wide range of company benefits • support from a stable company • we will train graduates • start date flexible/by arrangement
