POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Assistant provides an appropriate level of necessary support to adults and children in their natural environment. They regularly consult on the progress of assistance with the social worker and maintain records of service delivery. The support provided flexibly adapts to the needs of service clients (in terms of timing and content) and takes into account higher care requirements.
