JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Administrative and organizational tasks in the dental office; • Client communication, patient education regarding dental prevention and oral care or orthodontics, motivating patients to wear and care for their braces; • Computer work, administrative duties, completing patient satisfaction surveys; • Assisting and preparing the office and instruments before treatment, disinfecting and cleaning the dental chair, assisting with instrument sterilization; • Receiving, checking, and storing medical supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and replenishment, managing inventory. JOB REQUIREMENTS • Minimum secondary education with diploma (maturita); • Good communication skills in Czech and English at conversational level; • Experience in customer service or healthcare; • Excellent customer-oriented approach; • Stress resilience and ability to work in a dynamic environment; • Manual dexterity and attention to detail; • Ability to follow established procedures precisely; • Teamwork and responsibility.
