Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated colleague for the position of Construction Site Assistant with clear prospects for professional growth. The main goal of this position is comprehensive training and gradual transition to an independent construction site manager role. Job Responsibilities: Assisting the construction site manager with organizing and managing daily work on the construction site, assisting with coordinating subcontractors and quality control of performed work, preparing documentation for the construction diary and simple administrative tasks related to construction, gradually taking on responsibility for smaller construction units under mentor supervision. Requirements: Previous experience as a construction site manager is not required; we will teach you everything necessary. Reliability, organizational skills, and willingness to grow professionally. Class B driver's license.
