Educator Assistant at a facility for institutional and protective education We require education according to Law No. 563/2004 Coll., Act on Pedagogical Workers, § 20, subsection 2 (minimum vocational qualification + course for educator assistants - possibility to begin studies after employment start). This is an educator assistant position for at-risk youth (boys) in night shift operations. We require a clean criminal record, ethical principles, creative and individual approach to children, sensitivity, flexibility, improvisation skills, stress resilience, ability to cooperate with other pedagogical staff, willingness to pursue self-education and personal development, basic knowledge of PC and ŘP operation. Salary range: 35,000,- Kč - 37,000,- Kč, a special allowance is granted upon hiring - neuropsychic load, personal allowance after probation completion, additional allowances are paid for night and weekend shifts. Fixed-term employment (3-month probationary period) with possibility of extension to permanent contract.
