We are looking for an independent and reliable colleague to join our team who will take on administrative and organizational support for our sales department. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES processing and recording customer orders coordinating orders and their fulfillment in collaboration with the warehouse and production communicating with customers and addressing their requests, inquiries, and complaints working in the HELIOS ERP system cooperating with the warehouse and production during annual inventories cooperating on processing price lists and quotes communicating with the company retail store ensuring operational merchandise orders cooperating on marketing activities - preparing promotional materials, managing the website, social media, etc. WE OFFER 13th and 14th monthly bonuses additional vacation days meal allowance varied work with the opportunity to independently solve tasks stable employment in a Czech manufacturing company with a long-standing tradition pleasant working environment and a small, friendly team REQUIREMENTS minimum secondary school education English minimum B1 independence, reliability, and attention to detail good organizational and communication skills good knowledge of MS Office experience with HELIOS ERP system is an advantage experience from a similar position is an advantage willingness to learn new things - we are happy to train a capable candidate knowledge of Canva or experience with preparing simple graphic materials is an advantage
