Educator Assistant at a facility for institutional and protective education. We require education according to Law No. 563/2004 Coll., Law on Pedagogical Workers, § 20, subsection 2 (minimum apprenticeship qualification + course for educator assistants - studies can begin after employment starts). This is a position for an educator assistant working with youth at-risk (boys), primarily in night shifts. We require a clean criminal record, ethical principles, creative and individualized approach to children, sensitivity, flexibility, ability to improvise, stress resilience, ability to cooperate with other pedagogical staff, willingness to engage in self-education and self-development, basic PC and driver's license knowledge. Salary range: Gross salary 27,000,- Kč - 29,000,- Kč, with a special allowance for neuropsychiatric strain upon hire, personal allowance after probation period, plus shift differentials for night and weekend work - approximately 37,000,- Kč total Fixed-term employment (3-month probationary period) with possibility of extension to indefinite term.
