We're not looking for a superhero, but a team member to support our sales and marketing efforts. Required skills: - Comfortable communicating in writing, by phone, and in person - Handling sales matters - English language is a must, German language is a plus - Experience with marketing, outreach, promotion, and communication suggestions - E-shop management, social media, website review and improvement proposals - Presentation design and preparation, PDF flyers, communication with graphic designers and web designers - Familiarity with Canva or other graphic design skills is a plus Our activities focus on automated workstations and robots—don't be afraid to explore the world of technology. This position is suitable for both men and women. Our goal is communication; the technical aspects will be handled by our tech team. Job responsibilities: - Create promotional materials - Convey information to customers - Build trust, generate inquiries and orders - Address customer requests - Translate customer feedback back into marketing strategies to increase product interest
