" Work with invoices, communicate with clients and suppliers. " Prepare catering and gastro events; create offers and manage implementation. " Cover for the manager and barista in their absence. " Work with the Kilomayo POS system - entering items, inventory management, reports. " Reporting (Excel - reports, tables, and charts). " Create menus and various offers - graphically. " Other ad hoc and irregular administrative and operational tasks. What You Should Bring: " Secondary education. " English language proficiency at B2 level or higher (daily communication). " Knowledge of Ukrainian and Russian languages – an advantage. " User-level knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint). " Graphic design software – user-level knowledge. " Minimum two years of experience in corporate gastronomy – required. " Experience preparing gastro events – required.
