Skill in developing creative ideas for activities that better engage children. Ability to maintain authority within a group of active adolescents, enforce rules while listening to children. Offer them an accepting relationship and withstand testing of boundaries. Demonstrate the ability to kindly maintain set rules. During afternoon hours, assists the educator in caring for children who require individual attention during daily activities, organizing free time, school preparation, etc. Occasionally, as needed, works night shift on the family group – putting children to bed, reading them stories, maintaining nighttime quiet. Personal maturity, kind approach, patience and creativity when working with children Previous work experience in the field is advantageous Working hours: 36 hours of direct work/week.
