Job responsibilities: - Preparation of documents and materials for company management - Preparation of materials for meetings and briefings, processing meeting minutes - Document archiving - Organization of business trips and corporate events - Creation of reports, presentations, and simple statistics - Management of incoming and outgoing mail, including electronic; operation of data mailboxes Transportation allowance, 25 days of vacation, possibility of company housing.
