PATIENT AND CLIENT REGISTRARS Duties: Provide patients with information about services, doctors, appointment times, and payment procedures; Register and schedule patients by phone and in-person at the reception desk; Process cash and cashless transactions using an electronic cash register system. Requirements: Preference for candidates with knowledge of the "Doctor's Office" software; High school diploma or equivalent; Previous experience in customer service; Computer and office equipment skills; Good communication skills; Knowledge of Latvian language in accordance with the State Language Law requirements.
