PSIA "Ādažu slimnīca", registration number 40003131022, invites applications for the position of medical facility client and patient registrar. (profession code: 334402) Responsibilities: receiving and serving clients while maintaining professional communication and ethical standards; registering patient appointments by phone and in person at the registration desk; organizing patient flow and providing support to physicians in their daily work; working with medical facility information systems; working with the cash register system. Requirements for candidates: excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to organize your work, work independently and as part of a team, accuracy, responsibility, and initiative; ability to work with large amounts of information, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, respond quickly to non-standard situations; excellent knowledge of the state language and ability to communicate with foreign clients; experience in a similar position in the medical field will be considered an advantage.
