A Day on the Job
As an occupational therapist, you will have an important role with us. You will be instrumental in creating conditions for individuals to live as independently as possible.
You will be part of a team around patients, working closely with other health and care professionals and care staff. You will assess individuals' abilities and their need for training and assistive devices.
Your work includes prescribing and testing assistive devices. You will provide guidance to care staff within your area of expertise. Your duties include conducting transfer training for care staff.
We work with Senior Alert and BPSD, working as a team where all our professions are involved.
Your tasks include continuous development and improvement of operations in collaboration with care staff, colleagues, managers, and other personnel.

Requirements:
- We are seeking a licensed occupational therapist
- You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
- Driver's license (Category B)
Meritorious:
- Experience and knowledge of working with elderly and people with dementia
- Previous experience training staff in rehabilitative and activating approaches, lifting and transfer techniques
