About the Operation
Rehabteam Norr is responsible for occupational therapy and physical therapy at Attendo's residential facilities in Uppsala, Gävle, and Västerås. We are currently seeking an occupational therapist for a parental leave position in Gävle. Being part of a rehabteam means having flexibility in your work. We are a cheerful group that supports and helps each other.
Job Description
In your role as an occupational therapist, you will be responsible for assessments, interventions, documentation, and training and guidance of care staff, both independently and in collaboration with colleagues.
At Attendo's home care services, continuous development work is ongoing, and we expect that you find it stimulating to lead and implement projects. Together with our physical therapists and nurses, you will be responsible for continuously developing the care provided.
You should be comfortable with flexible and challenging work and working in a team-based approach in close collaboration with, among others, the rehabteam and nursing assistants.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who are a licensed occupational therapist. As a person, you are responsible, independent, and humble with the ability to prioritize and lead others. You enjoy training staff on health and medical care matters and are motivated by organizing care together with your colleagues in the best possible way.
Requirements:
Licensed occupational therapist
B-class driver's license
Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
Meritorious:
Experience working in private care
Experience working at a group living facility
