About the Operation

We are now expanding our rehabilitation team to meet growing needs and continue developing our high-quality care.
About the Position
The work takes place in ordinary housing. In your role, you assess activity capacity and ensure that the patient has the right assistive devices, which are prescribed and adapted to the individual's needs. You help write certificates when patients want to apply for housing adaptation grants. You guide and train care staff to create a safe and rehabilitation-focused approach. Together with physiotherapists, nurses, and care staff, you find solutions that create coherence in care—with a focus on making everyday life easier and helping preserve and strengthen the elderly's functions, health, and well-being.
We Are Looking for Someone Who:
Is a licensed occupational therapist. We see a need for you to have experience working in home care. As a person, you are mature, stable, and collaborative, responsive and communicative, and work professionally with colleagues, residents, and relatives. You are flexible, can prioritize matters, and can plan your day. You enjoy working in a team as we work interprofessionally and strive for high quality. We work with high standards and generously share our knowledge and help each other with the vision that everyone should have the opportunity to live a good independent life, regardless of age or functional disability.
