We are seeking an occupational therapist for the medical unit
We are looking for you—a licensed occupational therapist—for a temporary position with the possibility of extension. As a team member with us, you will be part of a team with a wonderful family atmosphere and good cohesion, where we work together with the individual in focus, for the individual's benefit.
Our team consists of nurses, district nurses, nursing assistants, occupational therapists, and a physiotherapist. We are based at Bergvattnet Care, Health and Support where we independently plan and organize our day. With us, it is close both to each other and to other professionals, which facilitates collaboration and gives us good opportunities to distribute work and support one another.
We are positive about the future of welfare technology and work, among other things, with digital support for health-promoting initiatives and to counteract loneliness.
Job Responsibilities
You will perform typical occupational therapist tasks within the framework of municipal health and medical care responsibility. Your tasks are to assess, plan, execute, and follow up on occupational therapy interventions for people living in elderly care facilities, group homes within the LSS system, and adults in need of support in regular housing. You mentor and teach care personnel. Working with documentation and incident reporting in accordance with applicable laws and regulations is included.
You are initiative-taking and responsible with good professional expertise. Of course, you are respectful in your interactions with care recipients and their relatives. You have the ability to work independently, carefully, and can prioritize correctly. You thrive in collaboration to maintain good communication and cooperation.

Qualifications
Licensed occupational therapist.
Experience from similar assignments in municipal health and medical care is a merit.

Terms
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7-16
Driver's license: Class B license. Access to a service vehicle is available.
Duration: Start date by agreement through 12/4, with possibility of extension.
