Would you like to use your occupational therapy expertise in a new way? With us, you'll combine individual-focused work with the development of social services for the future. We're looking for an occupational therapist who wants to help create opportunities for people to take steps toward employment, education, and self-sufficiency while contributing to developing our operations based on the new activity requirement.
The Employment Services Unit works in close collaboration with financial assistance services and meets individuals who need support for various reasons to move forward toward the labor market. Here you'll have the opportunity to work with activity and work capacity assessments, in-depth mapping, and individually adapted interventions, while becoming an important part of developing new methods, approaches, and processes.
This role is for you if you want to do more than traditional occupational therapy work and find it stimulating to combine professional assessment with development, collaboration, and change management.
Shape the working methods of the future
The social services are undergoing major changes through the introduction of the activity requirement and new approaches to support people toward self-sufficiency. As an occupational therapist with us, you'll have the opportunity to be involved from the start and influence how assessments, mapping, and work rehabilitation interventions are designed going forward.
Beyond individual assessments, mapping, and support, your tasks will include:
contributing to the development of the unit's working methods related to the activity requirement and work rehabilitation
participating in development and improvement work together with colleagues and collaboration partners
contributing occupational therapy expertise in method development and designing new interventions

Qualifications
Occupational therapy education and professional license.
Class B driver's license.
We place great emphasis on personal qualities.
Meritorious
Previous experience as an occupational therapist or in social work.
Experience meeting and supporting people from different cultural backgrounds.
Experience with work capacity assessments using standardized occupational therapy assessment instruments, such as Assessment of Work Performance (AWP).
Employment type: Permanent position.
Duration: Permanent, start date: Start date by agreement. Selection and interviews are held on an ongoing basis.
Working hours: Daytime.
