About the Role
In this occupational health and safety engineer role, you will hold a key position in our decommissioning project where safety and working environment are paramount. You work closely with operations and support both managers and employees in systematic occupational health work, from risk assessments and safety rounds to incident investigations, exposure measurements, and preventive measures.
You will also contribute to strengthening our safety culture by developing and implementing occupational health training and providing expert knowledge to the management team. Together with the project organization and safety representatives, you will work to create a strong safety culture and secure working environment for all.
Your Profile
Who Are You?
We believe you are a dedicated occupational health and safety specialist passionate about creating safe workplaces and sustainable work practices. You have experience driving occupational health matters both strategically and operatively, and you are comfortable supporting both managers and employees in daily occupational health work.
You have:
Relevant higher education and further education in occupational health and safety
Experience in occupational health work, preferably in construction, energy, or industrial operations
Knowledge of occupational health legislation, risk management, and incident investigation
Ability to independently drive improvement work and create engagement around occupational health issues
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, and experience working with the Office suite
