The Employment Services Unit in Töreboda municipality supports individuals on behalf of social services, the Swedish Public Employment Service, the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, and the Swedish Prison and Probation Service, among others. Challenges The Employment Services Unit meets people who are far from the job market for various reasons. This may involve young adults who have not completed their education, or individuals who need support to progress toward employment or studies. We are in a development phase where new working methods and digital solutions are being developed to strengthen participants' opportunities to progress toward employment or studies. We work from a solution-focused approach inspired by Signs of Safety. Job Duties As an employment services coach, you work to guide, motivate, and support individuals in establishing themselves in the job market or beginning studies. You work both individually and in groups, and collaborate with employers and other stakeholders. Your duties include: Conduct individual coaching and guidance sessions. Plan and lead group activities and information sessions. Match participants to internships, work training, and employment opportunities. Build and develop relationships with employers. Collaborate with government agencies, municipal services, and non-profit organizations. Support participants in using digital tools and services. Contribute to developing the unit's working methods, digital solutions, and the Lifecare digital management system. Qualifications Degree from a university or vocational college in, for example, behavioral science, sociology, career guidance, or another field the employer deems equivalent. Experience working with employment services matters. B-class driver's license. Good ability to communicate in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. Meritorious Language skills beyond Swedish. Experience with Lifecare. Experience with digital solutions in the employment services field. As an employment services coach within the Employment Services Unit, you can expect a salary between 30000 - 39000 depending on experience and qualifications; individual salary setting applies.
