About the job
We're looking for you who loves food, people and sales and wants to be part of our great team at Willys Hemma Lindesberg C! The role essentially means you contribute to our customers being able to shop for good and sustainable food at really good prices.
Position details: Permanent position at 32 hours per week, probation period applies.
Start date: 2026-10-12 or by agreement.
Work hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings and weekends.
Requirements: Upper secondary education, good Swedish skills (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but pursuant to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ persons under 18 years of age due to the nature of the work tasks. Previous experience from leadership roles is an advantage.
Here's a bit more about the role:
You are part of the store's management team and have, together with the store manager, overall responsibility for the store. Of course you also participate in the daily operational store work.
You work goal-oriented to develop the store's sales, profitability and other important key metrics. You also contribute to developing and following up on the store's business plan.
You supervise staff in the store team and contribute to your colleagues developing and performing at their full potential.
You are a role model in meeting our customers with knowledge, tact and a big smile.
You have overall responsibility for the store when the store manager is not present.
