About the Role
As an Operations Manager at Inmek, you'll take a central role in daily production within WS and underground pipe installations. You're responsible for planning, leading, and following up on work while ensuring production moves forward with the right quality, safety, and efficiency. The role involves close collaboration with skilled workers, subcontractors, other operations managers, and project support functions. You'll be an important link between production and the project organization and report to Inmek's CEO Gustav Åhman.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, lead, and follow up on daily production.
• Allocate work and supervise skilled workers and subcontractors.
• Create clarity around plans, priorities, and activities.
• Coordinate work tasks, resources, materials, and deliveries.
• Ensure work is carried out according to schedule, drawings, quality requirements, and occupational health and safety procedures.
• Follow up on and report progress, deviations, and resource needs.
• Handle issues that arise in production and adjust planning based on current conditions.
Your Profile
We're looking for someone with relevant experience who has previously managed operations within WS, underground piping, or similar installation and construction work. You have a practical understanding of production and enjoy working close to operations, where you combine planning with quick decision-making. As a leader, you are clear, present, and unpretentious. You create structure, get people to work toward common goals, and maintain momentum when conditions change. Since the project organization is international, you need to be comfortable working in both Swedish and English.
Required Competencies:
• At least three years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in operations management within WS, ground, construction, installation, or similar construction work.
• Practical understanding of production and daily operations management.
• Ability to plan resources, materials, and work tasks.
• Strong safety and quality awareness.
• Ability to work independently, make decisions, and collaborate with different professions.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English.
• Class B driver's license and ability to work in Boden on a rotation schedule.
• Experience from larger industrial, infrastructure, or installation projects is a plus.

Placement location is either in Skåne, based from Inmek's office in Löddeköpinge, or in Boden with proximity to the project's daily operations.
