Do you want to take the next step in your leadership role and help develop our operations? We are now looking for a dedicated work leader for our elevator division in Malmö. A varied role where you get to combine leadership, operational work, and close collaboration with both colleagues and customers. About the Position We are now looking for a Work Leader for our elevator division in Malmö. You will be part of the elevator division which consists of a total of 10 employees. In your role as work leader, you are responsible for leading a group of 4 people in the daily work of assembling and disassembling construction elevators and climbing platforms, both at the depot and at customer sites. You plan, lead, and distribute work while actively participating in operational activities. You also work continuously to develop the division, with a focus on creating a good work environment and a strong team spirit. The role also includes administrative tasks and some logistics responsibility. You work closely with the group manager and regional sales representatives, where together you work towards the local market. You have experience working with climbers and construction elevators You have good knowledge of our products You are comfortable working at heights and in physically demanding environments You have a good understanding of safety procedures and work environment requirements Good computer and system skills B-driver's license We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, dedicated, and solution-focused, with a positive attitude in your work. You enjoy working in collaboration with others and contribute to good relationships with both colleagues and customers. You work in a structured manner and maintain calm even in stressful situations.
