Your responsibilities As a supervisor within print service, you will work together with our other print service supervisor, guiding OSA employees and participants in daily operations, both individually and in groups. Operations in this work team involve various systems such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and more. The role includes conducting some theoretical instruction for participants combined with guidance in practical work, for example, instructing and supervising in the machinery at the print service. As a supervisor, you work to promote participants' progression toward work or studies, which must also be documented. The supervisor role also includes work with invoicing, documentation, and follow-up meetings with partner organizations. The assignment includes supervising the following production: Enlargements and large-format printing Window frosting Copying and printed materials Decals and stickers Administrative services, such as envelope stuffing and mailings Within the position, you are expected to collaborate with other professionals within the administration and your closest colleague. Your workplace The Integration and Labor Market Administration has approximately 350 employees in the Working Life and Support Department (ALF) and the Labor Market Initiatives Department (AMI). We strengthen the opportunities for Linköping residents who depend on financial assistance to become self-supporting and independent. Our main mission is to work with the development of participants/employees who are in a labor market initiative. The ultimate goal for them is to progress toward studies and/or work with or without support in the regular labor market. We are now expanding the team at print service and seeking an additional supervisor who will share responsibility with our other supervisor. Print service is part of the Production Unit in Tornby, which has several activities targeting people in labor market initiatives. You will therefore have close collaboration with other activities at the unit. We operate from our premises at Dvärggatan 4 in Tornby. Print service provides printing services for municipal operations within Linköping Municipality. Working hours are weekdays 7:00-16:00 with a flexible time agreement. About you We are looking for someone with a valid upper secondary education; if you have education with a media focus, we consider this a merit. You need previous experience working in Illustrator, Photoshop, and/or InDesign. You need previous experience mentoring individuals in need of extra support. We also require previous experience documenting others' progression. If you have previous experience working with MI and experience with low-arousal interaction, we consider this a merit. Since the work involves internal and external contacts as well as documentation, we require good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Since documentation is a major part of the work, we require good computer skills. The work involves traveling within Linköping Municipality, which means we require you to have a class B driver's license.
